Kleinhans and Kleinhans Incorporated, founded in 2002, initially traded as Kleinhans Accountants under the name of Gregory Kleinhans in Worcester, South Africa. Gregory registered the business name Kleinhans Accounting Services in 2004. Trading as a Company, Gregory change the name Kleinhans Accounting Services to Kleinhans & Kleinhans Inc in 2016.

He started his first employment in 1995 as a cleaner in a factory and enroll for the B Compt degree (Accounting Science) at Unisa. He started working in the field of accounting as a trainee accountant in 1997, for one of the Big Four, PWC (then Coopers and Lybrand).
